A time to Talk, A time to Kill


Dear Muja,


I have been working in TMA for 2 years and 2 months and wanted to bring to your attention and complain that I have heard many rumors from our DMD Mr. Latheef talking about me.

I would like to mention, in these days I have faced so many problems, I have heard so many things about me from different staff meetings outside and inside TMA. First of all I would like to mention about the domestic staff meeting, he has mentioned my name for no reason telling that I’m a person who is very angry with him. But I do not know for what reason I’m angry with him. Again I heard from a TMA staff that he told I am a girl who is having an affair with another staff member, but that does not mean that going out with TMA colleges is having an affair with them and he has no right to say such things in front of some of the junior staff.

Recently I heard that early this year as I went on leave on May 22nd and came from leave at May 30th, I heard from a TMA staff that he said in front of 5 staffs that some change has come to me after coming from leave such as changes that come to a women after she gets pregnant, but did not say directly that I went to leave for this purpose. And again he doesn’t have any right to say such things like that without any reason and even for fun and this did hurt me a lot being a women and a staff at TMA; this is the reason I’m writing this complain letter. Truth is I went to Sri-Lanka for leave with some of my friends and family members just to have fun and to visit some of the relatives living in Sri-Lanka and actually that is none of his business.
So these are the things that is sadly happening in TMA and which has led me to hate TMA and take this decision to leave my job.
You can also see that lot of his staff are resigning from TMA due to similar reasons as to my knowledge.
I also have mailed this letter to MD, HR, CP and Lux.

            Behind The Scene

Hey people long time since no updates ha? Things are really going from bad to worse in TMA…the practice of politics continues and it is increasing the no. of victims day by day...Mind you, the people in this victim list are NOT rich, not from a so-called "Beyfulhu" family, neither their dad, uncle, aunt or relative holds a prestigious post in the government nor a bloody foreigner from a rich gangster family.

As it was fed into everyone's brain, the main barrier between our demands, rights and success was Mr. Bram...Yea I too believe for some extend he is responsible but don't anyone see the people behind the barrier, who just makes it a point to mention his name in order to hide their mistakes and weakness. Some people like the Chief Pilot boast so much that he'd do this and that if Mr. Bram was not here. Now aren't' that a joke to see that the picture remains the same…The same old tale continues but this time a different name , " IYAA" is used as a shield for  hiding those..As a answer to what ever that goes WRONG, Fahud says "Ae ahareneh noon, aei Iyaa hadhafa dhiya gotheh" (It's not me, its Iyaa who did this).Thousand lies to cover one lie...

Got and idea guys...As I've mentioned before in an article its high time for a change of our Chief Pilot and the exposure of him and his deeds. At first as most of them thought it was not you but the position that makes you to work as a lap dog of Mr. Bram. Nevertheless now it's clear that you on your own chose the path and you are one of the frauds behind the scene. Don't try to be Mr. Nice guy in front of people and backstab them later. Think; think from where to where you are going because of your greediness for money…

All his rule and regulations favors his "Buddy Gang". Have you guys ever notice that he can only fly with CERTAIN  Co-Pilots which are within his boundary line and he can only overnight in some resorts which satisfies his ego..Why don't you have the guts to accept the fact that you take your own decisions, huh? So concerned about your reputation and dignity (as if u have one). Lets see how long you survive in this.

When it comes to upgrading and promotions, again his "Buddy Gang" gets the priority no matter how capable and efficient other are, just a blind eye is given to those. As if the only people perfect in TMA are he and is Gang...Talking about Fazeel's issue, why did he and Jinsen only get the punishment, why not the same punishment to  Hannu who was equally responsible for the tragedy that happened before this..Fahud, do you have any answers to these questions or will you simply say that its not your decision (is it too Iyaa's decision.. hehe) or is it because Hannu is your buddy PRINCE charming's (Shah) relative…Oh Oh…OooOps!!! Did I mention anything wrong...?

Mr "Hiyalhu buddhi" don't try to act smart for long. Why don't you just resign from the post when you can't play the game fairly...Within this short period of time you have proven how inefficient you are...NOT AT ALL capable of being a Chief Pilot..Guess  Madhih will do a better and fair job than you…

Double Pinocchio

Fahud and Muja time up!! Resign now! Since the pilot's meeting you have done NOTHING!! You guys only think about yourselves! Not only are you incompetent, but you don't even try!! We are still waiting for the pilot's meeting minutes to be published! While you guys take home the sky high salaries just by heating seats upstairs we are facing the same problems we have been bringing to attention for years!!


We are still flying aircrafts without proper maintenance in shitty weather conditions.
We are still penalized or missing one piece of baggage out several hundred we deliver accurately in a day.
We are still pushed and pushed by dispatch and operations unnecessarily to make their numbers look good.
We are still required to go to seawall on charter flights (already informed to DCA).
IAS pilots are still preferred over us for ATR positions. You are doing nothing to increase the number of twin otter pilots and no improvement to starting salaries is the proof for this.

You guys boasted so much that you have total power over flight operations when you took the jobs! But it is all too clear that you guys are PUPPETS of bram!

In Lakota mythology, Iya is a storm-monster, brother of Iktomi the spider. He eats humans and spreads diseases, and uses heads as trophies. This fact, however, does not make him bad or evil; he simply performs a duty and is considered a sacred being by those who consider the old legends as truth. He is the eye of the storm, and offers protection to those caught in his wake. The tornado, the snowstorm, the hurricane or the thunderstorm would all be considered manifestations of this deity. He travels with his storms in a fabulous tipi painted with magical symbols, and when he appears, he is often faceless and formless. His home is said to be under the waters, where he resides with his mother, Unk.
He is considered to be the chief of the North, symbolically encompassing the spheres of winter, famine and disease. Friends & Family Premium Package




Think no further if you are a "friend" of Muja or Fahud. You have a guaranteed "free ticket" onto the TMA ATR aircraft. EXCLUDING the guys on twin otter ofcourse. You guys just don't possess the "experience" or the "skills" required to fly ATR. You don't have any idea how "complex" IFR procedures are! Especially the "extremely" complicated IFR skills that Maldives airspace requires!
The mountains in Gan, the low visibility situations at Hanimaadhoo and lets not forget the CAT 3 approach at Kadedhoo! These are not sophisticated words I just made up in case you didn't understand some of them.

There is only one place you can turn to in this extreme shortage of ACE pilots! Can somebody please say "Dada dadaaa..!" IAS! IAS! IAS!.. good thing about IAS is they still pay their pilots peanuts so Muja just needs to sprinkle some $$$ and they just lineup like pigeons at Sagarey park. At this point I would like to ask all of you to disregard all that Muja was saying when he wanted to come to TMA (yeah all the stuff about IAS paying the same as TMA).

But alas, there is a message for you IAS guys as well..unless you are good friends with Muja or Fahud you can forget it. You can also include pretty much anybody who wasn't too nice to Muja during his time at IAS. Yes, Kalhey and Haider you guys shouldn't think about reading any further.

Message for Iya and Haisham: one of the conditions that Adheel and Abulho are demanding is that they get paid more than you guys for obvious reasons of course. They have more "IFR", night and wheel operation time. So yeah even though you guys have seen all there is to see in the wheel operations during the last six months you are still gonna get screwed. Oh yeah and lets not forget Adheel gets to be the so called "Fleet Captain" on ATR. Sweet, isn't it?

So what do you guys have to say about the pilots' meeting? What a joke wasn't it?
