Double Pinocchio

Fahud and Muja time up!! Resign now! Since the pilot's meeting you have done NOTHING!! You guys only think about yourselves! Not only are you incompetent, but you don't even try!! We are still waiting for the pilot's meeting minutes to be published! While you guys take home the sky high salaries just by heating seats upstairs we are facing the same problems we have been bringing to attention for years!!


We are still flying aircrafts without proper maintenance in shitty weather conditions.
We are still penalized or missing one piece of baggage out several hundred we deliver accurately in a day.
We are still pushed and pushed by dispatch and operations unnecessarily to make their numbers look good.
We are still required to go to seawall on charter flights (already informed to DCA).
IAS pilots are still preferred over us for ATR positions. You are doing nothing to increase the number of twin otter pilots and no improvement to starting salaries is the proof for this.

You guys boasted so much that you have total power over flight operations when you took the jobs! But it is all too clear that you guys are PUPPETS of bram!

can some one tell me why Fahud is teaming up with Muja, Faiz and the rest of ex-IAS pilots? He was with us fighting for our rights including pay rise..

Why would he assume that he is superior and no longer belong to the VFR pilots?

Its the money and ego my friend. Where else can someone like fahud get the chief pilot job?? iya recommended him beause he trusted him to keep things under control while he was gone. but when he returned fahud stabbed him in the back.
now he gets 100 times more money he would've never gotten in 10 years as lie pilot 'cos he is so damn lazy and doesnt want to fly.

yeah tma raha is right. bram was sooo desperate he just needed ANYONE at all to fill those two positions cos he was unde so much pressure.
I still wish Iya wud've taken the FOM job and keep fighting the good fight. he knows we will all back him up.
Now Muja and fahud has turned around worse than it used to be with old white chief pilots and manangement.

Hey why would you complain about flying aircrafts with poor maintenance in shitty weather?????? Dont you know you are NOT allowed to fly in shitty weather? You guys dont know the first thing about safety. One day one of you guys will screw it big time. Take my word for that.

IAS pilots are prefered because they know the wheel operation and IFR stuff. Float operations is a different ball game, man. Why do even expect to command a float plane today and command a B737 the next day?????

Do you think IAS pay a good starting salary? Dornier F/O gets a basic of MRF 11470 plus flying allowance, which normaly is around 3000-5000.
Dash-8 F/O gets a basic of MRF 14600 plus flying allowance it would normaly be around 22,000 - 25,000 in total.

Do you think its worth the work they do???? When the captains get almost the amount a foreign dash-8 operator would pay to captains the First Officers at IAS get peanuts.

You dont know what kind of pressure this company puts on us pilots to fly in difficult situations. We get a warning letter from ur buddy Muja everytime we go to take a piss or take a break to have some food. And we dont get weather reports for our destinations like u do. When we call up a resort to check the weather they lie in our face cos they know we wont go if they say its raining or weather is bad. And even our dispatch lies big time saying its all good in Male' when we are returning. Again, probably following instructions given by ur buddy muja!
I never said anythin about commanding B737 or even the ATR. I am saying is TMA pilots should get priority! You should understand this. I am guessing you are also a pilot. What would go through your mind if you have been serving for IAS for years and hey bring an Airbus one day and start hiring pilots from other companies? Maybe the guys who are flying ATR now at TMA? would you say the same things then?
This is our fight! And we are not going to stop. Our starting salaries are low so we doing something about it. Suggest you do the same.

tma kurafi: for how many years has this company been running? the engineers try their best, not to mention the pressure faced from ops, they don't want to give the aircraft for EMMA! and the components? Components ordered take forever to be received. purchasing guys do what ever they want, they know whats important and whats not. how many components have been ordered? components have taken more than 6months to be delivered!

How is it possible to become Chief Engineer without one engineer licence? or without any aircraft knowledge?......hehehe

well get a life guys!! its more like a market in TMA now..The game is Bram. This is his play house. And you pilots are the robots. Not only Muja and Fahud.. You've all being controlled.. Well Muja didnt build up this company, it was bram.. Muja is here for like 6 months now.. what you guys can do is just bluff and spread rumors.. Just stop complaining like a kindergarten kid. Muja had no other choice than hiring IAS captains (not the FO's as u all know-experienced Captains). I guess the judgment shouldn't be put on others just because of one. I love to go the ATR too. But all i know is ill go with the flow.. Not straight to the left seat.. Get real!!!! Act as pilots not as monkeys!!!!

ofcourse Muja had a choice! he cudve brought expat pilots on contract and phase them out by replacing with pilots from twin otters in time!
It is obvious that he just feels too lonely without his normal buddies around and he wants to prove to Ameen that he didnt make a mistake by jumping the fence.
Anyway, we are not bluffing! And its like a market here because of poor management! or rather NO management! Bram is like god and there is no management here.

I really support Haveeru daily's views, Muja first tried to hire expat pilots, they demanded pays way higher than Bram, the puppet master. its his idea of stealing what IAS have invested by offering them just a little higher pay than IAS.

So even dispatchers are superior than you pilots???? Why would you ask your dispatchers about Male' weather conditions????? Male' Control and tower will give you the latest weather conditions, IF you ask them. I am sure dispatchers will know how to read METAR and stuff but they wont know anything out of it. (that goes to IAS too).


why dont you guys attack this Thomas guy???? It seems he is making the operation unsafe and making your life miserable. A stupid foreigner giving you a hard time in Maldives???? Come on guys stop fighting Muja and Fahud. First get rid of these stupid foreigners.

Hey TMA, DID you ever tried to get weather conditions from male' control or male' tower????? Did they ever hesitated to give it to you????? Next time you go flying pls ask for latest weather at male' from 119.7 so that you will know that we not babysitted but you guys are too carefree.

you,Iya,Muja,Fahud, and the rest are all doing what Bram tells you to do and you all know it. You all are his puppets. Just think about it before you fight Muja.

Mr Thomas, our chief engineer, is one of the worst person in our company with Mr Bram.
He is using his power to give a lot of pressure to engineers by telling them if you will talk you will be terminated,I AM THE BOSS...
This is why our company is a Sri Lankan mafia because it is easier to give pressure to Sri Lankans than Maldivians.....

Professionals Pilots or Airline pilots doesnt mean they have to fly wheels or IFR flight plans.. LoL this is kinda a joke to me guys. Well yes we accept the fact that we are not IFR trained and we dont do IFR approaches. Yes we are twin otter seaplane pilots, we fly the same sky you fly. the same adverse weather conditions u face.. But did u ever think who made it happen.. Was it just the islanders.. Who were the ppl transferring more than 2000ppl on a busy day??? You are the real losers over here.. You guys just thot cuz u had a tie and a wing tat means ure the real pilots. we were never discriminating you guys, but this is the time i guess..You know when one day when we are gonna screw up as you said we will screw up ure ass. Not our aircrafts... LOSER

I have seen ATR pilots without any proper training in this company even IFR training also...
Please remember the day when our pilots flew into one CB and hurt our cabin crews..... just to land before the DASH 8 in front of them...

Believe me guys, I have seen how unsafe your float operation is. Remember how you guys cross our approach path when we are established on the instrument approaches????? How many times have you guys been inthe air without even telling the tower or control????? want to know how many times our TCAS show unidentified traffics????

Your float planes dont have the weather radar yet you continue to fly in to the clouds...............did you guys even bothered to think about it before entering Towering cumulus and cumulonimbus?????? do you know that some small, safe looking clouds can have very high intensity????????

So dont bullshit that IFR is nothing... its everything in modern aviation. Just get your ass on a IFR approved plane.....if its only mouth that can take pilots to great hight....TMA float pilots would be at the highest.

ok anga aruvaa meehaa, give some credit to the otter capts, when ur talking about how unsafe an operation is u hav to include all parties and ur excluding IAS frm the lot... how many times hav the dash or the dornier reported entering the raxon hold while at 10DME??? and theres alot more 'unsafe' happening where u claim the real pilots to be.

Now if we look at the bigger picture... otters going straight to ATR left.... is risky and unsafe, no offense to the eXtremly eXtreme otter guys, u guys r the best at handflying and steep turning, lazy eighting, barrel roling, low passing, dhoni scarring, daredevil stunt performing... perfect to fly enthusiastic tourist all over the maldives... but when an otter jumps on the left seat of an ATR and jams the power levers all the way to max reverse just for the hell of it, nw thts a different story....

bottom line.... otters shudnt jump straight to the left on ATR or ne other wheel based 'unstunt' plane. and the same goes for the so called real pilots of IAS, u cant jump straight to the left of an otter...

so muja's decision of bringing abulho and adheel are justified in the interest of safety and also his and fahud's decision to keep shaith on the floats is proof tht IAS guys dnt jump straight left or right for tht matter of the ATR... its just experience tht matters learn to accept it and go with the flowwwww

well still some ppl cant make the difference between flying an landplane or IFR.. The real skill required to fly a highly complex aircraft is how u know to manage an autopilot. Or how to establish on a approach with the given charts.. Or just to avoid CB's nd making it confy as it can be.. And flying IFR doesn't mean that the decisions you make are related to IFR, It goes to ure basic flying. ie. How to treat and engine failure, how to go around and hold, how to divert to an alternative without u seeing the runways at minima..

well now we are going to have the whole TMA in our hands, provided the next MD listens to us.

TMA without Bram, is going to be like the old days where TMA struggles to compete the MAT.
