Employer Rights.
1. The employer has the right to conclude whats right and whats wrong.
2. The employer reserves the right to change the rights and wrongs proclaimed in clause (1) at any time.
3. The employer may at anytime deemed fit frustrate to the level that you are forced to quit and then claim your resignation to be unfair and uncalled for.
4. The employer shall try utmost best to screw up your monthly salary by a significant amount and become defensive when asked "Where's the rest of it?"
5. The employer shall agree to all terms of contract laid out by the resorts just because they know it is the crew who will have to live by these terms. Not them.
6. The employer shall not hire even close to enough crew becuase the crew will then be overpaid and underworked.
7. The employer shall at all times try to reduce the number of crew to ensure the suffering continues without interruption.
8. Compose catchy letters filled with all the latest lingo and colored charts. Post them on notice boards all over the place and show the staff the company is not making any money.
9. The empoyer shall supress crew frustration by completely ignoring all the complaints.
10. The employer shall at all times display dissatisfaction to all kinds of petty things.
Employee Rights.

you missed, more than three overnights every week in a row with no questions asked.hey guys pls dont show upstairs that they can do what ever they want.i am sure is company can be run without bram or latheef,but cannot be run without pilots........remenber this.
