Would like to congratulate Mr Bram steller and all TMA team for receiving the AOC for the ATR.
Hope the operation becomes a very successful and profitable for the company but until then the management should realize they should have the seaplanes running without any hick ups and personally i don't think the management is paying too much attention these days as they are too busy with the ATR.
Ranjit please start paying the money you took from the pilots when they got sick, there is no reason for you in the first place to do that since they all had there medical certificates , maybe TMA is not operated in the Maldives since what you are doing in illegal according to the labor law or maybe you like all the pilots demand and go back to the monthly salary .
Bram we no you are busy working hard to start the ATR ASAP but please solve this medical problem before this becomes bad as everybody is very unhappy.TMA is your greatest success as you are waiting restlessly to start A whole new operation we are also waiting for that day......................... please solve the problem before that.

why do u think ranjit is doing this .he is the biggest puppet he dosnt think from his brain only does what ever bram wants, think the company have to save all the money they can to operate the ATR so guys please dont complain if they dont pay for sick leave . try to get sick only on your rotations,if your wife is giving birth plan and get the baby on your rotation etc,
What about all the pilots get sick on a Monday or Tuesday and see what happens...

Looks guys, after seeing this post i had to personnely make this comment. I am an employee here just like you folks!
there is nothing i can do much, it's my high authorities. It's all because of ATR I have been asked to hold all payment, I might even get fired for this, but i could not wait longer seeing all this. If there is anything i can do for you, Please don't hesitate to come see up upstairs.

Petition? Meeting? If you want to get something done and have some weight you have to make shure everybody gets the message...and we are all onboard!! But if the guys don t know about it what s it worth?
Get one for a wage increase too....considering the floatplane pilot shortage the wages at TMA are pathetic!!!
A training Captain makes an extra 10$!!! Ahahh...there s the value of your experience guys!!! 10$
