Lets have a look at Mr. Thomas's 7 day week schedule:
day 1: Meeting with Bram / Action points = zero
day 2: Meeting with Bram / Action points = zero
day 3: Phone Meeting with Bram / Action points = 1 = Issue warning letter to a dock hand who can't read a word of English because he didn't play "musical aeroplane" at the dock.
day 4: Meeting with Bram to make up for time lost with last meeting with Bram because Bram had to leave early for his usual "weekends at a resort" / Action points to be confirmed upon Bram's return.
day 5: Waiting for Bram
day 6: Still waiting
day 7: Meeting with Bram next morning because he couldn't return from resort as scheduled because all the engineers are on strike and all the airplanes are grounded!

I found at least two action points for mr Thomas
1/ from day 1 to day 7: drink beers with friends up to be drunk and sleep at the office.
2/ try to find facts to terminate our ATR maintenance Manager Mr Richard .
1/ from day 1 to day 7: same action points
Switch ON his computer to check internet and Fijian news on CNN
Try to find some liquor permits from engineers to have more drinks to be drunk.
