The So- Called Standard of TMA..
Hey guys…do you know that our allegiant Chief Pilot hold on to some rules to maintain the "so called" Standard of TMA…Mind you,he does it ONLY in SOME circumstances where the poor and ugly are concerned…Never with the Bold,Beautiful and RICH …hmmm let me tell you..The newly joined Pilots have a dead line of only 10hrs to finish their training flights and they should be as perfect as Bram's "lap dog " or else they are fired …Fahud,don't you remember how you suffered and how imperfect you were when you first started your training….yea yea might have forgotten cox you are now in that position for which you need not put yourself in others shoes...
When it comes to flight crews overnighting in non-AC rooms and giving them the resort staff's room the standard doesn't matter to you isn't it? Is this what you call holding onto the Standard .Guess Mr .Perfect is forgetting about his religion too after he sat on "the chair"… We never had any problems regarding the beard …but now…things had changed…even the contract says …. NO BEARDS… Even for a second have you ever thought of holding and fighting back for the religious matter…hmmm why would you…cox keeping the standard of TMA is far more superior to you….Also please don't poke your nose into our personal lives ... You are not the one to decide WHO?WHAT?WHEN?WHERE?WHY?…. Wonder if something is wrong with the chair or position which made you change so much to bow and blindly work for Mr.Bram or is this the exposure of the real Fahud…

What in the world was iya thinking when he made fahud his successor? iya was strong and SMART enuf to step away from that position before he went crazy! but he shudve nominated sum 1 better!
i think muja is spoiling fahud. he doesnt know anythin abt the twin otter ops so he doesnt care abt the overnits and stuff. thats why bram made him FOM so he can control evrything again!
yea guys.. just think for once.. TMA never had such standards or what ever for the training guys.. Who had these shitty standards, Our neighbor Island Aviation.And Who is the foreign body who just became the FOM. Where does these implement from.. Now you guys get the clear picture huh.. This was the game of Muja and His Buddie Mr. So called the safety manager.. LOL..So far we can see what muja and Fayez has been doing, trying to go on empty flights for a ride with captain Fahud.. Without any type rating Muja has been flying the twin otter on scheduled flights.And goin to sun-island every weekend for some para-sailing meeting.. He thought that Twin Otter pilots are taxi drivers.. Step on the seat Muja.. And Fly for a Week On the Otter, in some weather..And try to see if u can sleep in those staff rooms without AC.. Maybe you can, CUZ URE A PUPPET!!!!LoL Imagine such a spoilt minded guy in TMA management and ruining some innocent peoples life like kude'..Muja why didn't u get a chance to be a dash-8 captain within the 10years u has spent in IAS..Whilst ure buddies got into the left seat of the dash-8?? ,think about ure future guys.. take a step forward.. Ure money is not everything..
any fool knows why muja got the FOM job... cos iya rejected it when he was offered FOM by bram. and muja thought iya was trying to bring the company to its knees an he had nowhere else to go cos he had already burnt the bridge with IAS. Bram was offering all the vacant positions to anyone who he came across.. even THANKACHAN!! haha,, bram wanted to fill up the gaps with CAD. Wake up Muja!! You didnt get the job cos you are fit for it.. you got it through a "free distribution"!
Hey come on guys lets not point at anyone's face now. it's not muja's or fahud's fault. It's the big boss bram. so long as he hold on to that power nothin these guys can do.
yeah I agree Iya did a better job for sure. Lets give it some more time for fahud i am sure he wants to change things for us. Fahud is tring but not hard enough, This is how this position feels FAHUD so give more effort to IT, Long as u look after us we will be on ur path.
BUT WE WANT U TO WORK AND MORE EFFORT TO MAKE THIS A BETTER PLACE, OR ELSE STEP DOWN LET SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO DO, DO IT. BEFORE WE TAKE IT AWAY
hey atleast iya kept everything transparent and he also made long term plans for us and kept us in the loop. the best thing about iya was he had the guts to fight!! Now fahud and muja "claim" they have all the powers iya never had and yet now evrything is all covered up and "hush-hush" and no one knnows whats goin on or whats the plan?? IF there is a plan at all!! Well its becoming like IAS here isnt it Muja??? haha
Here is the plan.....Float captains will work as float captains till they reach the age of retirement.
Float First Officers will be promoted to Captains as soon as they get 2000 hours. (performance not counted as long as you do what ever the company says)
ATR captains will get frequent pay raises, atleast 4 off days a week. Nice and long layovers with hot sluts.
ATR First Officers will remain as ATR First Officers for a loooong time as we 'buy' experienced captains from IAS.
Will keep talking about SJ30 and B737 to keep you guys motivated. So guys stick to the plan.
