Friends & Family Premium Package




Think no further if you are a "friend" of Muja or Fahud. You have a guaranteed "free ticket" onto the TMA ATR aircraft. EXCLUDING the guys on twin otter ofcourse. You guys just don't possess the "experience" or the "skills" required to fly ATR. You don't have any idea how "complex" IFR procedures are! Especially the "extremely" complicated IFR skills that Maldives airspace requires!
The mountains in Gan, the low visibility situations at Hanimaadhoo and lets not forget the CAT 3 approach at Kadedhoo! These are not sophisticated words I just made up in case you didn't understand some of them.

There is only one place you can turn to in this extreme shortage of ACE pilots! Can somebody please say "Dada dadaaa..!" IAS! IAS! IAS!.. good thing about IAS is they still pay their pilots peanuts so Muja just needs to sprinkle some $$$ and they just lineup like pigeons at Sagarey park. At this point I would like to ask all of you to disregard all that Muja was saying when he wanted to come to TMA (yeah all the stuff about IAS paying the same as TMA).

But alas, there is a message for you IAS guys as well..unless you are good friends with Muja or Fahud you can forget it. You can also include pretty much anybody who wasn't too nice to Muja during his time at IAS. Yes, Kalhey and Haider you guys shouldn't think about reading any further.

Message for Iya and Haisham: one of the conditions that Adheel and Abulho are demanding is that they get paid more than you guys for obvious reasons of course. They have more "IFR", night and wheel operation time. So yeah even though you guys have seen all there is to see in the wheel operations during the last six months you are still gonna get screwed. Oh yeah and lets not forget Adheel gets to be the so called "Fleet Captain" on ATR. Sweet, isn't it?

So what do you guys have to say about the pilots' meeting? What a joke wasn't it?

IAS never paid even close to TMA salaries. Muja was just bluffing to get his own salary raised!! Even now IAS pays 65% lower than TMA. That is why those guys want to come here. but twin otter guys deserve to go to ATR much more for their loyalty to the company. After all it was because of all TMA staff that they were able to start ATR operations. Why won't TMA management give contract positions to outside pilots?? So they can be replaced as twin otter pilots get slots to move on? I am sure this is a plan that could work!

its a shame Muja to be talking like this being in such a position in the company. Sure ATR is a different aircraft and its flown differently, but don't call us idiots!! With proper training it can be done. Look at Iya and the other guys.

I'm sure the comment about the twin otter guys not being experienced enough was sarcasm. The companies are a joke, The IFR conditions here are a joke, the airspace is a joke, The wanker pilots that think they are better because they fly an old piece of shit ATR or Dash 8 are a JOKE. Id like to see any of the cool ATR pilots put up with any other conditions anywhere else in the world... in fact I'm sure that most of them wouldn't be capable of passing any flight test or Sim check anywhere else but the states(by bribery) or the Maldives.

P.s. Not all local pilots are useless and slack. There are some really good pilots but they are few and far between.

Well, the latest is that Muja has decided that none of the twinotter pilots will get straight Left seat on ATR, no matter how good they are or even who they are.
It seems he wants us to go through all the shit he had to go through at IAS with Dornier pilots not getting left seat before getting Dash 8 right seat and all that kind of things!!!

Wake up MUJAA!! this is not IAS anymore! Practice your stupid rules at home!

I personally overheard muja saying that he has no intention of leaving TMA or the FOM position any time soon. And that Bram complimented him on the "excellent" job he is doing so far (probably about stabbing us in the back).

Twin Otter guys are not sent straight to ATR left seat because of bad "experience" TMA had. They so far sent just two sets from Twin Otter to ATR and you all know the results. Haisham and Mustho failed. Thanx to Mauro that haisham is flying ATR left seat today, though he might still not admit. And as for Iya, he is one smart evil ass. (Just type in IYA in wikipedia)
This is why TMA management is hesitant to send Twin Otter guys straight to ATR left. They don't want gamble that kind of money (i'm talking 30000 euros).
And for the information of TMA Buraki, it's not the loyalty to your company that makes you command an ATR, but rather some experience on a similar aircraft.
And also, would you give Adheel and Abulho staright left seat on the Twin Otter??? Would you really give???? Think before you talk. It's just some evil ass in TMA who's making the everyone against muja and fahud. You all know him and should think of what he says before you act!

hey "friend", thanks for your comment on my comment.
1. I said "twin otter guys DESERVE more to go on the ATR" and you can't change that fact. Command or right seat.
2. Mauro doesnt help anybody buy himself. So no way you can call haisham a failure.
3. We are all human. Even some IAS guys failed on t Dash 8 rating. I wont be as mean as you to type in names. So similar aircraft bullshit!
4. IYA is smart evil ass. Might be true. But all what he says is also true in my opinion. Plus i tnk if iya is against Muja then fahud is backing him up 100%
5. Twin otter on floats has a minimum requirement of 1000hrs on float and 250 on type. So, no Adeel n Abulho don't qualify. and twin otters dont fly to runways. Not like the wheel stuff where it is the same old boring approach to just five airports in the country. If you dont have visual at minimums you go around, hold and finally divert to sunny alternates! What do you do in a twin otter with less than minimum flight instruments when you loose visual reference? Pray!
So "friend", lets be "freinds" and keep our personal stuf aside and look at the facts!

Do you know why the float pilots are paid so much here??? for carrying luggage, washing the planes, pumping water out of the floats and all that dirty work. For flying part they get a tiny amount. Grow up you guys.

You must have been abroad atleast once in your life. Haven't you seen how a real pilot should like? Were they anything like wearing short and slippers?

You guys are 'bangaalhu' pilots. Dont compare yourself to the real pilots in the Maldives.

there are no so called real pilots in maldives. there are no bold pilots or old pilots. only type of pilots in maldives are, pilots who think about them selves. Example: Muja..Fahud..i think some one should nominate them for the presidential award this year...

Nothing will change as long as these two are there in TMA..And where ever they go..they will spoil it. Look what Mr.Captain. Muja has done to IAS. And now look what fahud and Muja is doing to TMA.

muja will not be loyal to any company. Look what he has done to IAS. He should have not joined to TMA if he has any moral values, just after his ATPL from IAS money. So does Abulho. IAs has made him the so called "real" pilot as he is today by giving him ATPL and the Dash 8 command with the minimum hours.(same experience to command the twin otter on floats) Atleast adheel was morally right when he has served IAS for some time.
muja is recruiting his followers at IAS to strengthen the ex-IAS team. the loyal thick skulled otter pilots gotta get united and stand up against them before another pilot from IAS joins TMA.

guys.. we gotta think twice before Gasim brings a 737 next year. this is our company and we are the people who made it happen.Iya, its the result of your hard work,operating the old twin otters.

muja is taking the advantage of his "skills" and "experience" he got from IAS.is it the flying experience now we are seeing from him?

One more IAS captain is soon gonna join TMA. Ofcourse to the ATR left seat. You guys just keep saying that its only you guys who should get ATR left seat. Just keep saying that.............

Piece of advise to TMA float Captains????? follow Yasir's footsteps and join IAS to be in Dornier RIGHT seat ..............................
That will get you instrument hours and will make you feel like a real airline pilot.

ok heres the deal....

float caps r kept on float coz they r good at wht they do... tht is make steep turns, land on rough seas, booze all nite long and then fly in the mornings, fly without instruments, make amazing low passes, scare the shit out of some fishermen, make barrel roles and all sorts of short field landings and all, keeping the tourist happy.... ]
the fact is tht the float guys r sooo damn good at this, and the IAS 'real' pilots r not good at it...

the IAS guys r only good at flying on the autopilot flying in IMC under IFR. not like the almighty float guys who fly VFR under IMC, if u knw wht i mean...

BUT THEN AGAIN....

float guys cant make tht transition into boring easy autopilot, IFR approved planes, just for the same reasons ABULHO or ADHEEL nor MUJA cant command the otters....
