Dear acting chief pilot,
Just imagine a scenario where people are forced to work.. That is called slavery.. Now I wonder whether when ishan
was made the acting chief pilot or "whatever" couldnt he have protested if he did not like it. Y is he working like a dog when
no one really appreciates it..Are u really that dumb or u just want to be filling the job just for the sake of others..Y dont u step down
and let some one like Haisham do the job..after all he wants it really bad just like u wanted i( Now that would be very funny)t.. who are u trying to fool!!!!! We all know you. werent you one of those guys who rendered ur own resignation when they tried to clip the holidays for locals.. where is ur fighting spirit now..y do u have to bow to Bram and Latheef and Manchu... all of whome joined much later..y dont u put aside the differences and work for a common goal.. I mean what have u really done after u became the so called acting chief. How many pilot meetings we had... Even our last pilot meeting was a joke. Dont let the management control us.. all of us joined this company to take it forward not to be praying for bram and latheef. Y do u have to be behind the scene.... if u want to say something to the management say it to their face..infront of everyone..dnt pretend to be the nice guy..U r one of the most experienced float captains and we all respected ur decisions.but not anymore...
PS. Haisham would u like the post of chief pilotlike how u were talking about it the other day?

hi handi, read your letter. liked a few points in it. the only thing i dont get is why cant u say all these things to ishan's face?? or r u also "pretending" just like him and lickin his feet?
I think ishan has brought more maldivians to the frontlines than anyone else. what did the other chief pilots do?
if ishan was so anti-management why was he made chief pilot in the first place? handi wasn't ishan the one who atleast got back our 5%? even the daily rate works in the favor of maldivians doesnt it?
"..forced to work.." you mean like the time when ishan stood up for the guys who oervnited at KIH staff rooms?? he sent them home next day AGAINST the word of Manchu, Bram and Latheef. If that isnt standing up for your friends i donno what is..! handi i think ur jinni avalaafa!
handi, u sound like a "fighter", did u ever stand up for anybody? or even for yourself for that matter? i think in the future u shud keep your letters to yourself.
handi you mentioned the pilots meetings, wasn't it ishan who always spoke up during these meetings? i dont remember anybody else speaking like he did. ofcourse he cant do that now bcos of his position, but now its our turn to speak and im sure he will try his best if we put things forward during meetings.
handi, im sure you are one of the pilots. are you forgetting all the extra $$$ you made when ishan approved 3.5 times your salary??? or was it just by chance it happened?
handi why dont you ask from Ishan to give his position to u. sucker...!!!!!
